Custom Products and Proofs
Custom products are created from the selections, information, and artwork a customer provides. Colors, placement, sizing, and finished materials may vary slightly between a screen preview and a physical printed product. When a proof or confirmation is provided, customers should review names, spelling, dimensions, quantities, addresses, and design details carefully before approving production.
Customer-Provided Artwork
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights or permission to use artwork, logos, trademarks, photographs, or other materials submitted for printing. You must not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or malicious content. MeliBe Designs may decline work that appears to violate these terms or another person's rights.
Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing current contact, order, billing, and shipping information. MeliBe Designs is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by a customer.
Estimates and Payment

Payments may be processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment processor to process the transaction. MeliBe Designs does not directly store complete payment card numbers.

Production and delivery timing may depend on design approval, product availability, order volume, destination, and the shipping provider. Any delivery estimate is not a guarantee. Customers are responsible for providing a deliverable address and reviewing tracking or delivery information made available for the order.
Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Because custom items are made for a specific customer, the ability to cancel, change, return, or refund an order may depend on whether design work or production has begun and whether the item has a defect or order error. Applicable details should be confirmed in the quote or order communication before payment. Etsy purchases are also subject to the policies displayed on the applicable Etsy listing or shop.
Intellectual Property
The MeliBe Designs website, branding, original graphics, and site content belong to their respective owners and may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission. Customer ownership of properly licensed submitted materials is not transferred to MeliBe Designs merely by submitting them for an order.
